Graphic Designer
  • We are looking for an experienced graphic user interface designer with a keen interest in mobile products and services.
  • The person we seek is a skilled and conceptual digital designer with the ability to communicate his/her ideas to both clients and team members in speech and images.
  • You are used to following through and have no problems in buckling up and grinding down a full set of graphic assets on short deadlines.
  • You do like to travel and sometimes work on-site with our clients who are spread all over the world. You are also curious and engaged and certainly don’t mind team collaboration and exploring NEW.
Skills required
  • Deep understanding of mobile platforms, applications and web
  • A sweet attention to details and human behaviour & needs
  • Expert user — Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Advanced user — After FX or Flash animation
  • Advanced user — Indesign
  • Low polygon modelling and animation with Major 3D animation package, such as C4D, Lightwave or Maya
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
  • Decent sketch artist
  • Interest in coding, scripting and photography is a big plus
  • Knowledge in Japanese is a plus

Sales Director
  • The Sales Director will act as an active exporter of our creative culture and invite others to be a part of it. This person has an energy that is motivating and contagious and demonstrates passion for all things creative and tech-driven. He or She is positive, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • The Sales Director is responsible for ensuring a healthy client pipeline at Ocean Observations, partly by organizing Ocean’s sales force, but also by actively working with building and maintaining the pipeline. The role is in charge of creating relationships with new clients and by that, creating new project opportunities for Ocean.
  • The Sales Director represents Ocean in dealings with upper management of the clients’ organizations. The role is relationship-focused and will not be involved with the accounts on a day-to-day basis.
  • This is a challenging role and demands an individual who is confident in his/her abilities and willing to trust his/her own instinct. It requires excellent communication skills and a high degree of initiative and drive. The Sales Director is responsible for coordinating Ocean’s sales efforts and generating the budgeted revenues.
  • This role is part of the management team and reports to the Managing Director/CEO.
Qualifications
  • Education:
    Bachelor Degree or higher
  • Experience:
    Industry experience with advertising, marketing, mobile or web user interfaces, applications and/or platforms
  • History of building sales pipes and managing teams
  • Experience from handling external communication and relationships as well as finding new business
  • Knowledge:
    General industry knowledge, including players and environments
