If you notice my work, I can do it better.

- As an Interaction designer you're convinced that usability is the key selling point for a mobile phone. For a consumer that's a prerequisite, they focus on what colour to choose or buying the latest model. Daniel strongly believes that user interfaces people pay attention to are those that doesn't match their expectations. People want to find things where they are supposed to be. That's the challenge.

From the very beginning Daniel has, in one way or another, worked with consumer products. At Microsoft Mobile Internet, usability issues for smartphones were his main focus. At Neverland Design the scope widened to include research on consumer behaviour in the retail industry. Behaviour he also experienced first hand as a store manager at Vodafone Sweden.

Daniel’s academic record includes Cognitive Science studies at Linköping University and University of Edinburgh.
