With a background both in Mobile Services Industry and in Branding and Communication Mayako utilises all her experience in a quest to make the mobile world a better, more beautiful and user oriented one.

Mayako graduated in 1997 from Göteborg School of Economics and Commercial Law, with a bachelor degree in International Business.

Since then she has worked at Advertising Agency JWT Thompson, co-founded Internet Recruitment Company Wideyes (acquired by Jobline/Monster in 2001), consulted in Interactive Media Communication at Slussen Lab, and most recently before joining Ocean acted Intermediary between Mobile Operators and Mobile Content Service Providers globally at Netsize S.A.

During her four years at Netsize Mayako also took time to Chair the Industry Organisation MORGAN, formed to support the development of the Swedish Mobile Content Market.

Exploring and understanding new contexts and behaviours, structuring chaos and finding solutions, those are a few of her favourite things.
