Jenny is excited about working with mobile services that will make a difference to people in their everyday life. She believes great designs inspired by real users are the way to go.
In an internship for TeliaSonera, Jenny restructured parts of TeliaSonera’s external website, Telia.se, based on customer input. Later she did her master thesis at the department for Design and Usability in the same company.
Conducting user research for a mobile messaging service with focus on teenagers in Sweden and Estonia, Jenny could draw conclusions on how culture influences the user experience.
With an MSc in Media Technology from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and additional courses in digital information and interaction design at the University of Technology, Sydney, she has a solid academic background. During her studies she has also won an Excitera Innovation Challenge scholarship for the mobile application “MusicLoveMatch”, with her colleague, Andrea Rosengren.
Before joining Ocean Jenny worked in the Communication and High Tech industry at Accenture, most recently in a project at Ericsson that involved requirements gathering, functional and technical design etc. At Ocean she now has the opportunity to combine structure with creativity and challenge herself with designing for small screens.
