The Swedish Embassy in Tokyo invited Ocean Observations to speak about design strategy at their yearly conference on wireless technology. Sofia Svanteson, Founder & CEO of Ocean, stressed the importance of starting any project by asking “what are the real unsolved problems and what experience do we want to provide to users?” Let the desired experience serve as the guiding light throughout the project, rather than technical specifications. Other companies speaking at the event were NTT DoCoMo, KDDI, Ericsson, TAT and Harbour Front.
